Celtic offer 24 million for this brazilian star

Celtic has reportedly made a strong move in the transfer market by submitting a €24 million proposal for promising Brazilian forward Rayan, currently playing for Vasco da Gama. The young striker has been highlighted as one of the most exciting talents in Brazilian football, drawing interest from multiple European clubs.

Despite the significant offer, Vasco da Gama is not convinced it matches the player's market value. The club considers Rayan a key asset for the future and believes that his potential could justify a much higher transfer fee, especially given the growing demand for young Brazilian talents abroad.

Negotiations between the parties did not progress, and sources indicate that the Scottish club’s proposal has been promptly rejected. Vasco’s stance remains firm: Rayan will not be sold for anything below what they deem a fair valuation.

With Celtic now expected to explore alternative targets, Rayan’s focus stays fully on his performances in Brazil. Vasco hopes to continue developing the forward as he gains experience and contributes to the team’s ambitions for the season.
